Jon Davies is a gardener, musician and writer whose work is driven by a deep belief in the power of nature to shape a more optimistic, green future.
Jon is known for creating vivid, intuitive landscapes inspired by wild places and guided by a strong visual imagination. A major turning point in his career came in 2017, when he won the Gold Medal and Best Garden for a Changing World at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show.
This success led him to found Gold & Wild, a studio dedicated to crafting wild, beautiful gardens in London and beyond.
Jon now divides his time between Wild City Studio, Gold & Wild, and writing about the relationship between nature and the city. Along the way, he has nurtured a thriving network of passionate, creative gardeners who support one another's work, championing a shared ethos of collaboration, curiosity, and a renewed connection between people and the natural world.
