Cancellations & refunds

Plans change, we get it. The same policy applies to every ticket: Supported, Standard and Supporter.

More than 14 days before: cancel and get a full refund.
7–14 days before: we'll offer your place to someone else where possible. If it is resold, we'll refund you in full.
Less than 7 days before: tickets are non-refundable, but you can pass your place to someone else. Just let us know before the day.
If we cancel or make changes: if Wild City Studio cancels the workshop or makes a significant change to the date or venue that you cannot accept, you can receive a full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed.

To cancel or transfer, email hello@wildcitystudio.com with your booking reference. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
