Mailing list

If you sign up to hear from us, we store your email address, the Labs or topics you tell us you're interested in, when you signed up, and a record of your consent. We use this only to email you about Wild City Labs, workshops and events (and wider Wild City Studio news if you chose "Everything Wild City") and to understand which workshops people want. Our legal basis is your consent. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Bookings and contact

When you book a Lab or contact us, we use the details you provide to manage your booking or reply to you. Payments are handled by PayPal; we don't see or store your card details.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We only share it with the service providers that run this website, our emails and payments, and only so they can provide those services. If we start using an email marketing platform, your mailing-list details will be held there on our behalf.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing us. Under UK data protection law you can also ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
